Our company was established in 1999, during a period when the food industry in the EU and the USA was experiencing numerous scandals (mad cow disease, dioxins etc). The disasters caused to both people and environment by the intensification of the conventional farming and its mass-production rates inspired the creation of such a company aiming to build a healthier relationship between man and nature. Our company is a family business which consists of four medical doctors, two engineers and a teacher.
The company employs 10 people on a permanent or seasonal basis. We also employ extra stuff during the olive harvesting and olive oil production (October-December).
